People from the hotel have been very gentle to me as they have permitted me to print my return flight ticket with pegasus from the desk. Thanks you again Mister from the desk . Everything was great. The hotel staff is friendly and always at your disposal. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Rooms are cleaned every day. You get new towels and slippers every day. We have no complaints. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation at the Dalan Hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, I messed up with the transport booking, realised that I had booked the return on the wrong day. The gentleman at reception kindly booked one of their hotel taxis for us. I had come for a holiday with my son and also to get a hair transplant. The room and bed were comfortable, they got Youtube on the TV, a minibar, a fridge and a safe. The breakfast was vast and nice. They had at least 3-4 hot foods, which varied each day, coffee was nice to kickstart the day, and the view of the sea and masjid from the terrace was superb with the company of seagulls landing on the terrace. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Toilet paper, slippers were topped up daily too. The highlight for me had to be the location, only 4 stops to Sultanahmet. The cards are easy to purchase from a local Kiosk, and it only costs £1 in GBP for a tram and half the price on return, it was 2 stops to the Grand Bazaar, although you can walk it there along the streets full of shops: eateries, cafes and Turkish delight/baklava shops and money exchange (where you will find the best rates). Overall, a good experience and wouldn't mind returning there again in the future in'sha'Allah.

geographical location is good, very close to all points of interest, very clean, the staff is kind, the breakfast is substantial, our stay is pleasant, we plan to return to the same place.

The staff were very good well organized and even let us into our room an hour early. Location good walkable to the main tourist sites hagia Sofia etc. The breakfast has a good selection but no omelets but not a major. Good value for the money.

The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Staff was amazing and everyone treated us politely, even helped us when we had some questions regarding our travel. The breakfast was nice, included variety of options such as fruits, pastries, sweets and few drink options. The view from the terrace is super pretty, you can see the sea, ships and mosque. the location is close to metro as well as a tramway stations and it was easy to get to the main attractions (10 min ride to hagya sofia and sultanahmet). Would definitely recommend to stay here.

In the room there is everything you need for a short stay, the breakfasts were good (and the view from the restaurant was fantastic. As for lokalisation, it is not in the very tourist center, but it's quite easy to get there

Absolutely the best hotel in Istanbul ❤️ this was my 5th time here and surely not the last, I will never change it over any hotel. Special thanks to all the personnel for their kindess and hospitability. The hotel is Clean, has very good breakfast, nice view on the terrasse, and perfect location. See you soon 💖😊
